BòSlow-simmered. Whole real food.

Eating well, for the long run.

Bò grew out of an interest in good food, health and longevity. Our starting point is a traditional food made well: a broth whose natural flavour and texture belong together, easy to bring into a modern routine.

Nutrition in a whole food matrix

Broth brings together what slow cooking releases from Portuguese beef marrow bones. We keep that whole food matrix intact, with its flavour and gelatin, rather than separating it into industrial isolates. For people interested in functional nutrition, it is a familiar food they can enjoy in a cup or use in the kitchen.

Know what is in your cup

We make Bò with Portuguese beef marrow bones, water and hand-harvested Algarve sea salt. We leave out vegetables, garlic, vinegar and added sugar, keeping the recipe suited to keto and carnivore cooking.

If you have food sensitivities, ask Alexander about the ingredients and preparation. He can explain how we filter and chill each batch so you can decide whether it fits your diet.
